The double room we booked online was spacious and had a bathtub, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay here was very pleasant, handy base for exploring Chateauneuf-sur-Loire. Actually, the room was individually decorated and huge, it also had a shower, a hair dryer, and free toiletries. The staff members were all very helpful and pleasant.

make sure you stay in the suite with the view of the castle.

This place is a great choice for the New Year with a clean French-style environment, all the necessary facilities, and a fantastic breakfast selection, plus it's conveniently located near private parking.

A delightful stay with exceptional staff in a superb location next to the church.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They even chilled our own bottle of wine and provided glasses. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and the beds were super comfy. The hotel's decor was lovely and it was conveniently located near the chateaux. The secure car parking was a huge plus and the central location allowed us to easily find places to eat. We were able to book last minute and the hotel was fully prepared for our arrival, even providing a private garage for my motorcycle. The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The family room was surprisingly spacious for our group of five and the owner was very accommodating in storing our bikes. The shower worked perfectly and the beds were dreamy. The museum gardens next door were perfect for an evening stroll and there was a fantastic pizza restaurant right across the street. it was a jaw-droppingly pleasant stay at this pretty little French hotel. A perfect stopover with everything we needed and more.

Amazing staff, all of them were awesome! Our room had everything we needed, like a kettle 🍵, central heating to stay cozy, and a work desk for getting things done.

The value for money at La Capitainerie was great, with a comfortable and clean room. The location was perfect, close to the chateaux and with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even chilling our wine for us!

The location was perfect, as we could easily walk out in the evening to find somewhere to eat. The park and a bar + restaurant were just across the road, making it convenient for us. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient for our needs. The breakfast in the heart of town was more like a bed and breakfast, and it was delicious.

There were no options for dining at the hotel and very limited options in the immediate area on certain days of the week. The rooms also lacked some basic amenities that would have made the stay more comfortable, such as milk for tea and coffee and more comfortable mattresses.
